And welcome to another beautiful sunny Friday!

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately… but I promise you, it’s because I’ve been very busy behind the scenes. And honestly, it’s all been for you.

From teaching at the cookery school
To wedding catering
Back to training and creating

…and that last one? Definitely in your interests 😉

The clue is in the pictures… something you’ve been waiting for might just be making a return very soon. In fact, there may already be a few tucked away in the freezer 👀

So do pop by and have a little look. While you’re here, the good news is:

• The freezer is FULL of curries
• Plenty of your favourites ready to go

Just a little heads up:

• Butter chicken will be low (nearly out) until next Friday
• Keema is nearly gone

Everything else is looking lovely and well stocked 🙌

Come and treat yourself, fill your freezer, and I’ll keep you posted the moment these “babies” are fully back with a proper announcement to match.

And so another beautiful day begins here at Mina’s Cookery School ✨

This morning I’m welcoming back a lovely student who enjoyed her time so much, she’s come back for more… creating even more delicious dishes to take home and share with her family (which is just the best feeling 🥰).

Then this afternoon, we switch gears into wedding catering mode… a busy, full, and very exciting day ahead!

Hello lovelies! Happy Monday 💛

Is anyone else a little bleary-eyed and still having to crack on… or were you the wise ones who took the morning off? 😄

After absolutely melting in the kitchen during the last heatwave, I’ve decided I won’t be making a huge batch of 200 curries to restock the shop or freezers this time. The good news is, I do have plenty of stock right now. A few things might run low over the next couple of weeks, so thank you in advance for bearing with me.
