I am a completely self taught cake baker/decorator, I have been baking since I was a child and developed a passion for it. I've been in catering around 10 years now and decided I'd had enough practice and that im ready to give it a go and create beautiful cakes for others to enjoy too. I have a 5 star food hygiene rating registered with the local food team at breckland council and bake from a pet

and smoke free kitchen. I offer a wide variety of flavours and cater for all occasions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, corporate events, you name it I will bake a cake for it!

Thank you so much to everyone that visited the shed this weekend, I hope you enjoyed your treats. This is all that’s left from a massive baking session. I’m going to pop it back in the shed today and everything is half the marked price. All perfectly fine I just don’t want it going to waste or sitting around my cakeroom.
