133 cupcakes made for HMP Foston Hall donated by The Friends of Foston Hall for their McMillan Cancer event.
Vanilla sponge with Cornish ice cream buttercream, chocolate sponge with chocolate fudge buttercream all with various toppings, and lemon sponge with lemon buttercream, meringue and passion fruit curd. Such a fantastic cause 🎉🎉🎉

A huge 3x12” long vanilla sponge cake donated from The Friends of Foston Hall to say thank you to the “Hidden Heroes” at HMP Foston Hall, who do a fantastic job helping others.
The establishment has peacocks roaming and is on their logo so what better design to incorporate this. The 1st event was very successful and the cake went down so well, that another large cake was requested for the 2nd event. Such a pleasure to be asked to make them. 🦚🦚🎉🎉

Absolutely loved doing this 3 tier wedding cake. Bottom and top tier was vanilla sponge with jam and Cornish ice cream buttercream, middle tier was lemon sponge with passion fruit curd and lemon buttercream. All 3 tiers had a white chocolate ganache around them before the fondant was applied due to the heat to keep stable.
Decoration was flowers to match the theme of the room and brides bouquet. 🩷🩷💐👰‍♀️
