At The Restaurant at Tameside One, our fine dining training restaurant, we provide a polite, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Our students aim to serve every dish with passion and professionalism to exceed your expectations. The Restaurant menus change regularly, and are compiled to reflect current trends in the industry. Due to the educational nature of our business we cannot guarantee any food

s will be “free from” allergens. We also have regular themed events, which are always very popular, so booking early is to be recommended. The ambience is further enhanced by a tastefully appointed dining and bar area, which again reflects current trends. Opening Times:

Lunch: Tuesday to Friday - seating at 12.00pm
Dinner: Tuesdays and Thursdays - seating at 7.00pm
