🗑️Missing Blue & Red Commercial Bin🗑️

A bit of an unusual request, but if anyone notices a large blue and red commercial bin appear somewhere it wouldn’t normally be, (nearby to our shop) please let us know.

Our bin has gone missing and we're hoping it may be nearby somewhere. It’s a registered commercial waste bin, so only emptied by our waste management company, so it wouldn't be much use to anyone else.

If you spot one that seems out of place please let us know🙏

An imperial Tie Fighter. A full-scale wrestling ring. Cosplay Groups. Life-sized dinosaurs. It might sound like something out of a comic con…but it’s all happening in Ashton this coming bank holiday weekend!

Street Life is a brand new, one-day community festival taking over Market Avenue and surrounding streets for the second time. Free to attend and open to all ages, the event celebrates Ashton with a huge line-up of music, performance, food, film and sci-fi spectacle.

Highlights include:
🦖 Giant mechanical dinosaurs
🤼‍♂️ Live wrestling shows from Top Rope Wrestling
🎬 Pop-up cinema from Metro Majestic
🚕 Movie props and cars
🕺 Boogie Storm – BGT’s dancing stormtroopers

At the centre of it all is an Imperial Tie Fighter, making its first-ever appearance at a community event, previously exclusive to comic cons and exhibitions.
