☀️ We are very much looking forward to welcoming you all to Hamilton Farm Airfield and CL & Hamilton Farm Airfield Charity Flight and Museum first Open Day! ☀️

🚗 PARKING & VISITOR INFORMATION 🚗

♿️Please note that the normal Tearoom’s car park will be reserved for Blue Badge disabled parking only on Sunday and bank holiday Monday.

All other visitor parking will be available in the large field adjacent to Hamilton Farm Airfield and the CL runway.

🚻 Public toilets and disabled toilets will be available within the main event area and main car park for your comfort and convenience.

If you are planning to visit the tearoom, please be aware there is a short walk from the event parking area. We are expecting to be extremely busy over the weekend and Bank Holiday period, so service times may be slower than usual — but we will do our very best to serve everyone as efficiently as possible.

Good evening everyone. We've had a fantastic morning and afternoon at Hamilton Farm Airfield Charity Flight and Museum, setting up exciting new displays for our visitors this weekend. If you're planning to join us, you'll have the opportunity to witness live restoration work on our classic 1968 Pitts Special S1D G-FUEU, which is nearing completion. On Saturday and Sunday, you'll also get to see the start of the live restoration of our ultra-rare 1937 Thompson Brothers MK1 3-wheel tug Wartime RAF Avgas bowser, returning it to its original purpose. We invite you to come and get involved - a pair of overalls and a great team await you. Any help is greatly appreciated, and we're also seeking additional museum volunteers to join our team. In return, we can offer occasional flights in our beautiful Stampe Sv4-c G-BPLM. Please message us if you're interested. We'll be open from 09:00 am until 16:30 pm on both Saturday and Sunday. To our prospective new pilots who contacted us, we're still catching up due to my recent illness, and we'll be in touch soon. Thank you for your patience.
