A little update on a new venture, I have now opened a bistro/cafe with my amazing business partner and head chef Ben Rule. Located in Sunninghill, The Courtyard Sunninghill is an intimate eatery offering breakfast, lunch and a whole lot more.

If you are looking for celebration cakes, we can provide everything Mini’s Bakery could. The Courtyard also specialises in outside catering and private dining for all occasions.

The Royal wedding cake, created by Claire Ptak and 6 of her bakers, spent 5 days creating this beautiful and unconventional wedding cake at Buckingham Palace. The cake is a sponge made with Amalfi lemons and Elderflower syrup, grown at The Queen’s Sandringham estate. Instead of fondant or royal icing, the cake is finished off with a silky smooth and delicious layer of Swiss meringue buttercream. 😍
