We’re looking for hardworking, reliable and enthusiastic Chefs to join our busy pub kitchen and become part of our friendly team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working as part of a team and is confident working in a busy kitchen environment. There’s also an opportunity to get creative and develop your own specials alongside our main menu, bringing your ideas and skills to the kitchen.

Your duties will include:
Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
Cooking dishes from our main menu
Creating and preparing your own specials alongside the menu
Costing dishes and helping maintain food cost targets
Working closely with and the rest of the kitchen team
Leading with the day-to day running and organisation of the kitchen
Keeping your section organised, clean and well stocked
Food preparation and stock rotation
Following food hygiene and health & safety standards
Supporting the kitchen team during busy services
Helping ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.
