Today’s unofficial special 😍

Avocado smash with chilli and lime, smoked salmon and a perfectly poached egg on a fresh baguette.

This isn’t on our menu (yet!), but a customer asked if we could make it and we thought it looked too good not to share.

If you’ve got a favourite combination and we’ve got the ingredients, don’t be afraid to ask. We love creating something a little different ❤️

Our brioche French toast with mixed berries and maple syrup 🍓🫐

Dipped in cinnamon egg and cooked until golden, light and fluffy.

Usually served with bacon or banana, but the berry version might be becoming a new favourite ✨

Golden crispy hash browns piled high with melted cheese, crispy bacon, fresh spring onions, and finished with a drizzle of sriracha mayo 🌶️🧀🥓

Simple ingredients, unreal flavour. Crispy, cheesy, smoky, spicy… the perfect combo 😍

Just a little notice that the café will be closed this Sunday while we have some routine maintenance and electrical checks carried out.

Shoutout to one of our Haywards Heath regulars, James Taylor, for representing Parkers in an epic way. James took on a massive eating challenge over at a local café in Ardingly recently - all while sporting his Parkers t-shirt! 👕

He gave it a heroic effort, but the food just managed to get the win this time. Great effort, James! 👏
