Join us for a fantastic day of riding, good company and raising awareness for mental health.

📍 Starting Point: Hasbeanz Coffee Bar, SA18 3BS

Ammanford ➡️ Llandeilo ➡️ Llandovery ➡️ Llyn Brianne ➡️ Devil’s Staircase ➡️ Builth Wells ➡️ Over the Crai ➡️ call in see our friends Parc Fermé Coffee in the afternoon .

A brilliant ride taking in some of the best roads and scenery Wales has to offer.

💚 Motorbikes for Mental Health 💚

Whether you’re riding with friends, riding solo, or simply looking for a great day out, everyone is welcome.

☕ Refreshments available at Hasbeanz before departure, with an optional stop along the route.

🎗️ Donations are welcome, with the chosen mental health charity to be announced shortly.

Together we can raise awareness, start conversations and remind people that:

Step back in time and meet a whole host of dinosaurs in Ammanford town centre at our ROAR-some half-term event! On Thursday 28th May in the Quay Street market area.
🦖 Meet Ronnie the T-rex and friends, watch baby dinosaurs hatch, and more!
🕚 Shows at 11am, 12pm, and 2pm, with no booking required.
🅿️ Free parking in county council car parks.
The event is hosted by Ammanford Town Council and The Means, and supported by Carmarthenshire County Council.
