Today we're saying the fondest of farewells to our fabulous Chris 🥹 From his interview with us in our absolutely freezing, not yet completed bar, through being the most exceptional KP hospitality has ever seen, to taking on the role as Commis Chef, we've proudly watched him come out of his shell, learned he has a *very* mischievous spirit, and enjoyed his delicious bakes alongside his hilariously dry humour 😆 Two and a half years later and we feel like we're losing a limb as well as a treasured member of The Alyth Hotel family 💔 New adventures and being closer to family calls for Chris, so we have to let him go (do we? 🤔 sadly yes...) He may have spent a lot of his time behind the scenes, but he was most definitely part of the beating heart that makes our team so very special 🫶 We'll miss you Chris, don't be a stranger x
