Another fantastic Friendship Matters session today, filled with a wonderful selection of music that had everyone singing, smiling, and reminiscing. 🎶

Music has a special way of bringing people together, lifting spirits, and sparking memories, and today’s session was no exception. It was lovely to see everyone enjoying the atmosphere, joining in with the songs, and sharing time with friends old and new.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the afternoon so enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to next week’s session! 💙

🎵 A great session back after the Bank Holiday at Friendship Matters today! It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying the music, singing along, and tapping their feet to some favourite tunes.

Lunch was a delicious meal of fish fingers, new potatoes, parsley sauce, and vegetables, followed by a tasty raspberry trifle for dessert.

It was lovely to see so many smiles, hear the laughter, and enjoy spending time together. We look forward to seeing everyone again next week! 💙

So many thank yous to be given today. Firstly to Alvechurch Parish Picnic in the Park for organising another fantastic event. Such a lot of work that the PITP team put in over the year to ensure everything goes off smoothly. You guys are incredible!

Secondly to all the wonderful volunteers and team at The Lounge for giving up their time today to help set up, man the stall, pack away again.

Last but not least to our fabulous community for baking cakes, cookies, judging our bake off, donating tombola prizes, and for helping raise funds by supporting us with sales today. We really do appreciate each and everyone of you 🙏

An absolutely wonderful session today at our Friendship Matters Group with the lovely Bilbo and Suzy 🐾💛

The group thoroughly enjoyed the cuddles, companionship and hearing all about Bilbo — there were smiles all around the room! Thank you both for bringing so much joy and warmth to our morning.
