It’s a tough time for independent hospitality.
Gutted to see so many brilliant places closing their doors, most recently Another Hand in Manchester. Especially close to home for us, as Patrick, their sous chef, was once part of the Rigatoni’s crew.
There’s an awful lot of hard work, passion and good people behind these little independent restaurants. It’s sad to see so many disappearing.
We’ve been doing our thing on Shaws Road since 2015, and we’re incredibly grateful to everyone who continues to support us.
And if you’re ever over the hills in Slaithwaite, go and show Alex some love at his new pasta pop-up B A S T A
