Well!

What can we say?!

That 6 months felt like about half a year!

In that time, we've been to France 🇫🇷 , round the Americas 🇺🇸🇲🇽🇦🇷🇨🇱 and stopped off in Italy 🇮🇹

Without even leaving Balloch! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

And we've absolutely loved every minute! 🕺❤️

We are so grateful for all the support we have been given, even since before we opened!

We don't really have customers to be honest, we have friends who come for dinner, and to spend some time with us.

That's the way we see it anyway!

And that's how we hope it will always be!

We are now taking a wee break, and shall be returning on Friday the 10th of July from 5pm.

When we will hopefully be back fresher, stronger, and ready to give you the absolute best we can!

Keep your eyes peeled for updates on our return! 👀

Thank you so much to each and every one of you who joined us over the Weekend!

We really mean it when we say: It means everything to us! 😍

Saturday night was our busiest one to date!

Fair to say our Taste of Italy Menu got a fitting Arrivederci! 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

And, after a sluggish start (it's ok, we understand!) our Sunday Roast Experience picked up nicely aswell! 🍗🍠🍖

Be vigilant guys

🚨 Warning to Local Businesses – Fake £20 Notes in Circulation 🚨

Alexandria BID has been made aware of counterfeit Bank of England £20 notes being used in local shops.

Please take extra care when accepting cash and ensure staff are aware of the signs to look out for.

💷 In the photo, the top note is the counterfeit note.

🔍 One of the easiest ways to check is the small hologram in the bottom left corner of the note:
• On a genuine £20 note, the hologram will change between “Twenty” and “Pounds” when the note is tilted.
• On the counterfeit note, the hologram displays “Twenty” only and does not change.

⚠️ We encourage all businesses to check £20 notes carefully before accepting them and to make colleagues aware of this issue.

If you believe you have received a counterfeit note, please follow your business procedures and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.

🙏 Please share this information with your teams to help protect local businesses and prevent further circulation of these fake notes.

Your attention please!! ‼️

From time to time during our six week pop ups we will be doing a one weekend special menu of food that helped shape our journey as chefs but also of food that we just love to enjoy. 😍

Our first of these will be “Grilled” 👨🏻‍🍳

A menu consisting of the finest meats, seafood and vegetables cooked over coals and flames and cooked in specialist marinades and glazes to enhance the flavours.🔥

This menu will be served exclusively on the 19th and 20th of June and you really don’t want to miss out! It’s absolutely perfect for date night ❤️ a group of friends enjoying a catch up or since it’s Father’s Day weekend treating dad to his favourite steak. 🥩

Remember boys and girls the weekend of the 19th-21st of June will be our last weekend before we take our summer break before we open back up on the 10th of July.📢

Also remember our last day will be Father’s Day! So treat that special Dad, grandpa or uncle to the gift of plates. We are open all day for breakfast and then our Sunday roast experience. 🍗🍻🍷
