We are feeling very lucky to have been offered some of the summer honey from Monty and Karen at Embsay Honey 🍯

We got to try some and can confirm it's absolutely delicious 😋

We now have both of their gorgeous honeys in stock. Here's a little bit about both and where the clever bees have been busy collecting the nectar from 🐝

Dark honey -
Spring and summer flowering trees and plants including dandelion, blackthorn, hawthorn, elderflower and blackberry

Light honey -
Summer flowering trees and plants including field beans, various clovers, lime trees and phacelia
