Unfortunately, due to a break-in at our shop last night, our shop phone was stolen. As a result, we are currently unable to receive calls on our usual number.

📢 A Quick Update from West End Fish & Chips 🍟🐟🍦

Just a quick note to let everyone know that our opening hours remain unchanged and we are open as usual, even during the hot weather! ☀️

At the moment, we are unable to take orders through Just Eat, Uber Eats, or Deliveroo while these accounts are being transferred over following the recent change of ownership. We are working hard to get them back up and running as soon as possible and appreciate your patience.

After seven incredible years, the time has come for a new chapter.

As of Friday 12th June, this will be our final day trading West End Fish & Chips as owners. The shop will reopen Monday 15th June.

When we first opened our doors, we did so in memory of my Grandad, a man who knew where to find the very best fish and chips in the country. Our ambition was simple: to create a fish and chip shop that would make him proud and become one of the very best. Looking back today, we truly believe we've achieved that goal.

The last seven years have been an amazing journey. We've celebrated many successes, overcome countless challenges, and worked through some incredibly difficult times. From navigating the uncertainty of COVID-19 to dealing with soaring gas and electricity prices, we've grafted every step of the way to keep West End Fish & Chips thriving.

Along the journey, we've had the privilege of working alongside some fantastic people. We've welcomed new team members, seen others return, and been fortunate enough to have loyal staff who have stood by us through thick and thin. Every single person who has worked with us has played a part in shaping West End Fish & Chips into what it is today.

Together, we have achieved more than we ever imagined. We are incredibly proud to have been recognised as one of the UK's Top 20 Fish & Chip Shops, to have received numerous accolades from Fry Magazine, and to have been honoured as Food & Drink Business of the Year at the Hyndburn Business Awards, alongside many other achievements. These awards belong not only to us but to the entire team who supported us and shared our vision.

Most importantly, we'd like to thank our customers. Your loyalty, support, friendship, and encouragement over the years have meant the world to us. Many of you have become more than customers; you've become friends, and we will always be grateful for the role you've played in our story.

While this is the end of our chapter, West End Fish & Chips will continue under new ownership. We'd like to wish the new owners every success for the future and hope that you will continue to support them in the same way you have supported us throughout the years.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for being part of this incredible journey. We will always look back on our time at West End Fish & Chips with immense pride, gratitude, and fond memories.
