📣 A big shout-out to our amazing part-time team…

As summer comes to an end, we’re saying goodbye (for now!) to Robbie, Lily, Harry, Neamh and Sophia as they head back to university – some returning for their final year, others starting an exciting new chapter.

We love having you with us in the holidays and even though part time, you always give 100%, embody the White Hart values and bring so much energy, warmth and care to the team ❤️

The pub definitely feels a little quieter when you’re gone, and we already miss you all! Wishing you the very best for the year ahead – we’re incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to welcome you back in the holidays ###

Pan-fried sea bream delivered fresh from Flying Fish Seafoods this morning, with saffron gnocchi, tomato, chilli, pickled fennel and an anchovy vinaigrette. A dish packed with fresh vibrant flavours and, without doubt, one of my all-time favourites!

AND it’s taking centre stage on tonight’s great value Wednesday Dinner Club menu…

✨ Tonight’s Dinner Club Menu:
• Salt and pepper squid, lime and sriracha mayonnaise  • Pan-fried sea bream (as above)  • Spiced apple mousse, shortbread, candied walnut ice cream
 Enjoy 2 courses from the above menu plus a bottle of w**e to share. £35 per person.

We are truly honoured to receive this recognition. It reflects the passion, hard work and dedication of our entire team, from the kitchen to the front of house, who work tirelessly every day to create the experience that makes our pub so special.

After being awarded Best Gastropub at the oxinabox.co.uk Food Awards in June, we genuinely didn’t think 2026 could get any better…yet here we are!
