• Our Famous House Guacamole (V, GF, VG available): Freshly made and served with hand-cut corn tortilla chips, salsa Mexicana, and sour cream.
• Loaded Nachos (V, GF, VG available): Hand-cut fried corn tortilla chips topped with salsa, jalapeños, melted cheese, guacamole, and sour cream.
• Crispy Chilli Chicken Salad: Golden breaded chicken breast tossed in sweet chilli, served on a crisp bed of iceberg lettuce and pickled vegetables.
• BBQ Chicken Wings (GF): Perfectly glazed, smoky, and tender.
✨ Mains
• Festive Turkey Fajitas (GF available): Sizzling turkey over mixed peppers and onions, served with warm tortillas, grated cheese, sour cream, house guacamole, and Pico de Gallo.
• Sweet Jalapeño Pork Loin: Glazed in a sweet jalapeño, onion, and mustard sauce, served alongside seasoned herb potatoes.
• Dorindos Special Chilli con Carne (GF available): Slow-cooked beef chunks in a rich, traditional chilli and dark chocolate sauce. Served with Mexican rice, tortilla chips, sour cream, and pickled red onion.
• Pan-Roasted Salmon (GF available): Served over comforting Mexican mash and drizzled with a fresh lime and chimichurri sauce.
• Loaded Taco Boat (V, VG available): Packed with peppers, beans, and courgettes, topped with feta cheese and served with a garlic spinach garnish.

• Homemade Tres Leches Cake: Our famous, decadent sponge cake soaked in three kinds of milk, topped with whipped cream and fresh fruit.
