It's apple season!
No need for extra fruit flavours - our apple crumble is enticingly full of the flavour of fresh apples straight from the tree, topped with a simple sweet buttery crunchy topping.
Likewise, our apple sauce complements the all-night roasted pulled pork to perfection!
Come and treat yourself to a scrumptious home made lunch you don't have to home make!
Tables booked at 12 and 2pm, walk ins welcome any time between 12 and 3.

We're inundated with delicious home grown grapes, so don't be surprised if your salad contains them!
If you fancy some as a snack - just ask. We'd rather they were appreciated than composted!

All the kids have disappeared back to school and everything seems quieter in the village... Surely the perfect time for the adults to have a relaxing pint of cask ale and maybe a bite to eat!๐Ÿ˜‰

We have all new barrels on this morning and it's a great selection...
A new one for us up first - a traditional from Stardust Brewery, followed by the classic from Wye Valley Brewery, and finally a delicious hazy pale from Good Chemistry Brewing ๐Ÿป

If you dont manage to make it until the weekend, the next up ales are just as good...
A new cwrw Cymraeg , the best bitter from Nash Point Brewing Co., another classic and a returning favourite from TudorBreweryWales, their golden ale ๐Ÿบ

We are currently still open 12-9pm, 7 days a week for you to visit. Food is served 12-2pm and 6-8pm Mon-Sat and our fabulous Sunday lunch is served 12-3pm. Bookings are still advised on weekends, but walk-ins are always welcome!๐Ÿฝ

What better way to spend a September Sunday than chilling at the Railway Inn scoffing a home made Sunday lunch?
This week we've got an especially scrumptious damson and apple crumble on the pudding menu for you to try - do you know how hard it is to remove the stones from damsons?? ๐Ÿ˜‚
We book tables at 12 and 2pm, but you can walk in any time between 12 and 3.

The final summer bank holiday is fast approaching and it's a busy one for us at The Railway Inn Abergynolwyn - it's time for the annual Sioe Abergynolwyn Show and we are once again creating a fantastic outdoor bar for you all in the show field. Watch this space for everything we will be offering down there, and in the mean time come and enjoy a cask ale in the pub with us!๐Ÿป

Our current line-up features not one, but TWO, Wye Valley Brewery classics - and on at the same time! A rare treat and gaurenteed to dissapear quickly... Alongside those we have a summery, citrusy, hazy blonde from Brains Brewery Cardiff - !๐Ÿบ

If you don't make it in time for those, the next up collection is just as good and features 3 NEW ales for you to try! - a best bitter from Farm Yard Brew Co, the pale ale with New Zealand hops from , and from Tiny Rebel Brewing Co. - a DDH IPA that we can't wait to try๐Ÿ˜

We expect the pub to be extra busy this weekend, so please be mindful that we are a small team working our very hardest to provide the excellent ale, food and service that we are known for. Patience, a thank-you and a smile all go a long way - please be kind to our wonderful staff!โค๏ธ

As always food is served 12-2pm and 6-8pm Monday-Saturday and we serve Sunday lunch 12-3pm ๐Ÿฝ
