Wednesday was a vibe! 🏎️

Had a great time at The Ignition Shed in Abergavenny cooking for their Ferrari Experience Day. Seeing these incredible machines up close and personal was amazing, and I loved cooking lunch for Ferrari clients and staff.

Had a great time at Scout Coffee Roasters in Newport yesterday. My first visit to a coffee roastery wasn’t wasted on me, given how much I enjoy a good cup. We poured Great Taste award winning coffee and used it to knock up a pistachio tiramisu. 🙏🏼

Well, here it is. My food festival demo in 1 minute! A snippet of my life I’ll never forget. Thanks again to for having me and to for that amazing intro. It’s been a whirlwind week and we keep moving!

Aber Food Fest 2026! 🫡

I had such a good time onstage at Abergavenny Food Festival yesterday! The crowd was great and it was nice to see so many friendly faces. I’m an Abergavenny boy so this felt like a full circle moment. And one I’ll always remember.
