So today is the day they announce the 100 best coffee shops in Europe.

I’m in Brussels today at the World of Coffee expo where they will be making the announcement. I’ll also be getting the chance to rub shoulders with amazing producers, roasters and baristas so hoping to learn some new things and taste some fantastic coffee that we can roast for you.

I just want to say a big thanks once again to everyone who took time to vote for us. It will be a huge achievement to make the list and we can’t wait to find out!

Wish us luck!

Do you know a café or office that should be brewing better coffee?

If you introduce them to us and they place their first order, we’ll keep you in coffee at home for the next 6 months.

Simple as that.

We’ve been chatting to a lot of cafés and offices lately, and one thing keeps coming up… switching coffee supplier can feel like a bit of a hassle. Dialling in, pricing, consistency, getting the team used to something new.

So we thought we’d make it simple for them.

If they decide to switch to Figment, we’ll tailor it to how they run their coffee:

☕ For volume-focused cafés & offices
We’ll match their current price with our Wonderland blend on the first order, so they can switch without extra cost or risk.

🌿 For specialty-focused cafés
We’ll offer them 10% off their first single origin order (5kg+), on top of our standard wholesale pricing.

No pressure, no complicated offers, just a smoother way to get started.

If someone comes to mind, tag them below or put us in touch.

Gladys is back!

Some coffees become part of the rhythm of the roasting calendar, and Gladys Erazo’s coffee is one of them.

This year marks the fifth consecutive year we’ve sourced coffee from Gladys, and it’s a relationship we’re incredibly proud of.

A few years ago, we had the chance to visit her farm in the lush hills of southern Ecuador. Walking among flowering coffee trees, native forest and fruit trees gave us a deeper appreciation for the care that goes into every harvest. Gladys welcomed us into her home, shared fresh papaya from the farm and honey she produces herself, and reminded us that great coffee is always about people first.

What keeps bringing us back year after year is consistency. Gladys’ coffees always stand out for their balance, elegance and sense of place.

This year’s harvest is no exception. Expect juicy plum, sweet grape notes and the richness of 85% dark chocolate, all lifted by delicate hibiscus florals. It’s a coffee with depth and complexity, yet remains wonderfully comforting and easy to enjoy.

We’re grateful to Gladys for another fantastic harvest and to Andre and the team at Makicuna for helping make this long-standing relationship possible.

Available now online and in our cafés.

🇨🇴 Jairo Arcila – Mango Co-Ferment 🥭

This one tastes exactly how it sounds.

Our latest release from Jairo Arcila at Santa Mónica, Colombia is a mango co-ferment that’s all about juicy tropical fruit, creamy sweetness and balance.

During fermentation, fresh mango pulp is added to the coffee, helping build an intensely expressive profile without pushing the cup too far.

Think ripe mango up front, mango lassi-like creaminess and softer rooibos tea with orange notes bringing warmth and structure to the finish.

Experimental, vibrant and seriously fun to drink, while still staying clean and approachable.

The perfect summertime coffee!

Available now online and in our cafés.

This is the way …….. to roast coffee!

On the way to saving the universe this weekend the lads popped in to show us a new technique for roasting coffee they have been working on.

It’s a little ironic that it turned out a bit on the dark side!

Have a brilliant weekend everyone and pop in for some wonderful coffee ….. not roasted by Mando!

No AI was used, we were just playing with Lego.
