It's not often you hear me say this ...but I'm jiggered! It's been a really long week already but today had the honour of catering for a hen party.

It was originally going to be at Bev's but they decided they wanted something really casual at home so they could enjoy the garden.

An early start, 4am, to make everything from scratch. Loads of bevliciousness, a mix of Greek themed and Scottish ( the wedding is in Greece).

It really is humbling when you arrive to deliver catering and the guests cant wait to tell you how excited they are that you are doing the food. That makes the hard work worthwhile.

Fiona chose a selection of salad and breads to go with a traditional mac, chilli and a lasagne since it was a lunchtime event.

A quick visit from a gorgeous puppy before he goes off to Bullers of Buchan with his parents. It is a pleasure to have so many interesting guests in, puppy is from Holland and came over on the boat for his holliibobs.

Long summer days, relaxed lunches with fresh ingredients oozing bevliciousness.
We've gone all Mediterranean today....olive sourdough bread, piri piri marinated olives, butchers hand made pastrami, italian piccante gorgonzola and freshly picked lettuce leaves.
