Dear friends ,
I hope You and Your loved ones are doing well .
These are challenging times for all of us on so many levels .
France has been easing up the strict confinement in the past two weeks . Unfortunately , the social distancing rules and travel restrictions currently in place will not allow us to have the pleasure of cooking alongside in the near future . Some of you have suggested I do online classes , which I thought was a good idea !
I will be doing cooking classes on Zoom : the classes will be 30 minutes long and you will receive the recipes with your confirmation and code to join in .
Program for the next 2 weeks : (please note all class times are CET , Paris time )
Saturday May 30 :
at 7 pm :mushroom tart Tatin ( morels)
at 8:30 pm : hollandaise, béarnaise,choron
Sunday May 31
At 7 pm : chicken stuffed à la Provençal
At 8:30 Paris time : strawberry shortcake
Saturday June 6 “Knife skills “
At 7 pm Paris : filleting fish (mackerel)
At 8:30 pm : Poultry , deboning (fresh)and
Carving (roasted )
Sunday June 7
At 7 pm : sweet sauces (ganache, vanilla,
Sabayon)
At 8:30 pm Paris time : chocolate soufflé
Classes are 25 euros per class , per person .
Or 4 classes for 85 euros.
