A proud moment for all of us at The Crossing Indian Bistro.
During the recent G7 Summit in France, , Co-Founder of The Crossing, had the honour of preparing meals for the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi.
From Nice to Évian-les-Bains and Paris, it was an extraordinary few days celebrating Indian culture, hospitality and the incredible diversity of regional Indian cuisine on one of the world’s most important international stages.
What made this experience truly special was the opportunity to share the stories, flavours and traditions of India with people from around the world. It was a reminder that food has the power to transcend borders, create conversations and build meaningful cultural connections.
For a restaurant that began with the ambition of presenting a more nuanced and authentic representation of India, moments like these are deeply meaningful. They reaffirm our commitment to showcasing the richness of regional Indian cuisine and continuing to tell the story of modern India through food.
