Dear friends of Honor near and far.
It has been 7 years since we made the move from London to Paris with the project of an outdoor coffee kiosk in mind. When we opened in 2015 there were only a small handful of specialty coffee shops in Paris. We came specifically to be the best of the best. We wanted to showcase how good coffee and service could be. And over the years we never lost sight of this goal. We’ve met some wonderful people these past years. People from every continent and culture. This has probably been the most rewarding aspect. We’ve loved spending time with people near and from far, learning and sharing. But alas, as Honor was ever going to be a long term pop up or as we liked to call it a “long up” it was never going to be a forever thing. And therefore the space is no longer and we are closed for good. It’s been a fantastic life chapter and season, something we will forever hold dear.
