Mayday ! Mayday ! It’s already time to announce the eighth edition of the After Hours dinner !

On May 11th we are thrilled to welcome in our kitchen !
Liverpool born and Paris based chef, Cavan was formerly Sous Chef at in London and is the member of , The Bee Gees of the food scene, organizing their own series of pop up dinners.

Inspired by his Indian grandmother, Cavan’s cuisine plays around bold flavors and carefully selected ingredients to create dishes that are homely yet refined.

, meaning sea urchin roe in Lebanese is the project led by the two sisters Tracy & Thea.
Using their respective backgrounds in architecture and design Toutia’s strength resides in uniting people around food and carefully crafted tablescapes. Their food is a mirror of their personality - delicate and poetic mixing Japanese flavors with their Lebanese roots.
