In 2015, we decided on making a long time passion come true: sharing authentic Malaysian food with the public of Auckland, New Zealand in the night markets. This was very successful with the same customers coming back each time and loving our food. And in 2018 we decided to set up a Malaysian food business in the Poitou - Charentes area. Fresh egg noodles, prawns, fried tofu, eggs, tomatoes, spinach and beansprouts
in a spicy blend of chilli paste with sliced cucumber and fried shallots.
