Last week’s *canapés dînatoire* in Issigeac 🌿✨
In collaboration with Linda from Planted, we created a fully vegetarian evolving menu for 50 guests — inspired by a relaxed *guinguette* and *marché gourmand* atmosphere, bringing together friends, family & neighbours around beautiful food, flowing drinks and long summer conversations. 🥂
The evening unfolded much like a tasting menu, with 15 different seasonal canapés served in 5 evolving waves — moving from light & fresh flavours through to more indulgent bites and finally a sweet selection to finish. Alongside the canapé service, the grazing table transformed throughout the evening too — beginning with crudités & homemade dips, followed by tartines and open sandwiches, then a generous cheese board before ending with tea, coffee & sweet treats.
Late-night snacking included our cheese, leek & potato pasties 🥐 and the following day we delivered homemade breakfast & lunch for guests to simply reheat and enjoy — effortless hosting, *sans stress*.
