The Plate Theme for Bocuse d'Or Americas 2026 has been unveiled.
On July 26 in New Orleans, the Teams will have to create a hot dish for 14 guests featuring four official products:
- Bone-in ribeye
- Brisket
- Sweet potatoes
- Coffee beans from their country
The challenge will highlight technique, precision and the culinary identity of each team.
