All the slightly bittersweet memories. The sign up there I made all by myself from scrap metal fake grass and someone else in the community got the lettering cut for me. I installed the lights. We had a few people lift this heavy ass sign up with ropes… I did a LOT of my own construction!! So many friends helped me paint.. strangers offered to give me money … God is good. I started this cafe with 15k WTF lol. Don’t ever do that haha. Need 60k-100kmin.

These ladies here do a vegan food tour and I was one of the highlights on their trip 😊

It was sad to sell my baby but I started to get resentful. I ate lunch at 4pm and then just could never even catch my breath. I spent many nights on the floor. Lived in Geneva as a private chef flew back on weekends to cook. I will write a book one day. Google my name and the cafe and you will see podcast and article interviews …
