For our Chef the kitchen starts with what grows just a few steps away: basil, tarragon, sea fennel, mint, rocket and chilli, cultivated in the hotel’s own vegetable garden and brought into the dishes of our restaurants.

Entre machine traditionnelle, maîtrise millimétrée de la mouture et précision thermique, chaque tasse révèle l'excellence d'un geste maîtrisé.

Meet Greg Levita, artisan roaster, barista, and coffee expert, who brings his craft and passion to Cap Estel. Through the bespoke creation of the 'Crema' blend, a balanced harmony of Arabica and Robusta designed to deliver a smooth, velvety, and comforting finish to each dining experience, he elevates the art of coffee extraction within our house. Combining a traditional machine, precise grind calibration, and temperature control, every single cup reflects the excellence of mastery.
