Aroha Taveuni Beachfront Bures is a small boutique owner operated resort on the shores of Somosomo Strait in Northern Fiji, we cater for 10 guests and offer great service, tours, diving on the famous Rainbow Reef Enjoy a leisurely breakfast, a wood-fired pizza, and a dinner serenaded by the sounds of the ocean at our newly opened Kai Time Restaurant. We use fresh local seafood and the best fresh produce from the many small farmers on Taveuni Island to cook sumptuous meals.

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef to take charge of our kitchen at Aroha Taveuni & Kai Time Restaurant.

✔ Lead & train kitchen team
✔ Create fresh island-inspired menus
✔ Maintain strong kitchen systems & standards
✔ Deliver consistent, high-quality service

📍 Minimum 2 years experience required
🏝 Island resort lifestyle role
🍽 Accommodation & meals provided
🔁 5 weeks on / 1 week off roster (6-day week, paid rest week option)

A hands-on leadership role with real creative freedom in a stunning tropical setting.
