A huge cake, for Rev Sitiveni Sau's 60th birthday.
4 delicious layers of 12" vanilla cakes and 4 scrumptious layers of 8" lemon cakes.
Decorated with non edible gold balls, fan and artificial floral with gold painted fondant letters.

This order was for early January 2026, which was sent unstacked by plane to Savusavu to ensure structural integrity.
I also had the privilege of doing their wedding cake 10 years ago, which was a 3 tiered cake sent unstacked as well to Savusavu.
First picture is of the unstacked cakes which also had extra decorations provided for the customer to add once they stacked the cakes, and the 2nd picture is of the cakes stacked by the customer who celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary.

Lil miracle Theodore turned 1 and celebrated with this baby dino hatching from his egg.
Chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream filling and light sage green buttercream frosting with buttercream textured leaves.
Handmade fondant baby dino, eggshell, leaves, fondant covered styrofoam balls and gold cutter out name and number 1. He also had 12 cupcakes to match his theme.

This 2 tiered red velvet cake has a textured and stencilled buttercream design in emerald green and white with gold leaf details on the top tier, while on the bottom tier features a ribbed white buttercream texture with a gold leaf-edged on emerald green stencilled buttercream.
