From peaceful yoga sessions and moments of relaxation to waterfall adventures, lots of laughter, and a very memorable **Face Mask Night** 😂✨ — this group brought such a fun, energetic and positive spirit to Daku Resort.

There’s something truly special about creating art surrounded by the beauty of Savusavu

Elena Parashko and her art group made the most of their time in paradise - taking their canvases outdoors, finding inspiration in the tropical landscapes, ocean views and vibrant colors

Every location offers a new perspective, a new palette and a new story to bring to life

A little throw back post

There’s something truly special about watching creativity come to life in the most beautiful places. 🎨✨

John Haycraft and his incredible art group have been exploring some of Savusavu's most stunning locations, where every new landscape sparks fresh inspiration. From peaceful coastlines to lush tropical scenery, each destination offers a unique perspective that fuels their imagination and encourages them to see the world through a different lens.

It’s amazing to witness how the beauty of Savusavu doesn't just become their subject—it becomes part of the creative journey.

Last week we bid farewell to an incredible team from the United States Navy after having the privilege of hosting them at Daku Resort for the past three months.

They were in Savusavu on a humanitarian mission, working tirelessly to build a new school block in Nabua Village. Their dedication, hard work, and commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others have been truly inspiring.

Over the past three months, they became more than just our guests—they became part of the Daku family. Thank you for your kindness, respect, and the many wonderful memories shared with our team. It has been an absolute pleasure getting to know each of you.

We wish you all safe travels as you return home and every success in your future missions. Thank you for your service and for leaving behind a lasting legacy that will benefit the children and people of Nabua Village for many years to come.

Vinaka vakalevu for allowing us to be a part of your journey. We look forward to welcoming you back to Fiji one day. 🇫🇯🇺🇸

At Daku Resort, we are proud to partner with the wonderful community of Nanuca Village to offer our guests an authentic Fijian cultural and snorkeling experience.

Time and time again, our guests return with glowing reviews, sharing how much they enjoyed the genuine village experience, the incredible snorkeling in the marine reserve, and, above all, the warm Fijian hospitality they received.

Reviews like this remind us why we value this partnership so much. It is built on trust, shared values, and a commitment to showcasing the very best of Savusavu.

A heartfelt vinaka vakalevu to the people of Nanuca Village for your continued partnership and for welcoming our guests as part of your community. Together, we're creating memories that last a lifetime.
