We held a party to celebrate the 14th anniversary of "Ikkyu” last week. It has been about a year since I took over from the previous owner. Although we caused some inconvenience by closing temporarily for renovations, we are now operating smoothly thanks to the support of our customers and staffs. By the way, we usually cut 3 whole salmon for sushi or sashimi in a week. This comes from Tasmania. Please try it.
