The Fitchef Loaded Fries (Quick Version)
​1. Crisp the Fries
Cut 300g potatoes into fries. Toss with 1 tsp olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt. Air-fry at 200°C for 15–18 minutes (or bake at 210°C for 25 minutes) until crispy.
​2. Cook the Beef
Brown 150g extra-lean beef mince and ¼ diced onion in a hot pan. Season with cumin, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully cooked.
​3. Mix the Sauce
Whisk 2 tbsp light Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp low-sugar ketchup, ½ tsp Dijon mustard, and a splash of pickle juice.
​4. Assemble and Melt
Layer the fries, hot beef, and 30g light shredded cheese. Pop under the oven grill for 1 minute to melt the cheese. Drizzle with the sauce and top with fresh mint.
