There is a reason why this is a famous and well-known phrase.
In every Mexican household, sharing is one of the most important values. Our doors are open to family and friends without needing a reason to do so. Spontaneity is also part of our way of being and expressing our love, not only in moments of happiness but especially during times of adversity. In countries without social security, safety, free education. Family and friends are all we can rely on.
Community, sharing, caring, laughter, and food. This is our drive. We want to strengthen our community, get to know new people, make new friends and connections, change the game a bit, and we truly believe we can make it happen through our food. The world is tough enough out there, and no matter how much we fight it, we need each other, and we are determined to share our Mexican way of being no matter where we are.
That is why, at least for one day (for now), we have decided to open our doors not only to our friends and family but to anyone out there who is interested, not only in Mexican cuisine but also in understanding a different way of living, a different culture. And what better way to do so than opening our most sacred and special place, our home. We also believe in compassion, as a way of living which is why our menu is entirely plant-based.
We want to make you feel welcome and transport you, at least for a moment, to our second home and show you what it is like to share a meal in a Mexican household. Music is part of the whole experience, and as music junkies, we have been working on a specially curated playlist to play during your meal to reinforce that Mexican experience.
Having said all of that, we want to say thank you once more to all of you who have believed in us, encouraged us, and supported us in every way. And especially to all the people who have booked your seats already, without you, this would NOT be possible.
