🔎Give us your best food memory!
Definitely the moments in summer when you can cook outdoors in the sunshine, together with friends. Bonus points if it’s by the sea or water.

🔎Favorite produce?
Any shellfish, Finnish summer strawberries and blood orange.

🔎Favorite bewerage?
Freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and a Negroni.

🔎What do you do when you’re not working?
I either play padel, enjoy movies, or go out to eat at restaurants.

🔎Favorite food to cook at home?
Usually something simple, like a good pasta.

🔎When no one’s looking, you eat..?
A pint of ice cream..
