Do you want to make Sushi at home? Join in us to know the secret of tasty Sushi. This course will focus on Maki Sushi, as well as Temaki Sushi which is rolled in the hand. Our chef Michiyo will teach you how to roll sushi, make sushi vinegar, preparing sushi rice and other skills. It is also a good opportunity to discuss Japanese food culture during the meal:)

Introducing our cooking teacher: Michiyo Ashida

Originally from Nara, the ancient capital of Japan. Michiyo has lived in Finland for more than ten years. EATING, ART, ADVENTURES are the essential sources of joy to her life (and of course SLEEPING!). Michiyo loves traditional Japanese dishes, especially with fresh organic vegetables straight from her mother's garden. She has quite a lot of cooking experience and skills about traditional Japanese food.
