GastroBar “Saimaa” — by the forest and the lake.

As part of Adventure Cooking class, we welcomed guests into nature itself, turning the outdoors into our lunch experience.

Surrounded by open air, fire, and the calm of the forest and lake,
it was literally GastroBar “Saimaa” — a space where the setting, the atmosphere, and the dishes came together as one.

Every recipe and every tool, thoughtfully prepared by Jukka, carries its own story
and in that moment, those stories were shared, reimagined, and continued through us.

More than just food,
it’s about nature, connection, and storytelling coming together to create something meaningful. 🌿🔥
