🌿 Hyvät T-housen asiakkaat,
Joudumme valitettavasti ilmoittamaan, että olemme päättäneet sulkea yrityksemme epämääräisen ajanjakson ajaksi. Yrityksemme jatkaa toimintaansa vielä 21.1.2021 alkaen ja viimeinen aukiolopäivä tulee olemaan 6.2.2021. Näiden kahden viikon aikana tarjoamme ainoastaan teetä ja pieniä makeita leivonnaisia. Iltapäiväteetä tarjoilemme perjantaina ja lauantaina, m***a vain sähköpostin tai Facebookin kautta tehdyllä varauksella. Kaikki teetarvikkeet ovat -50% ja pakatut teet jopa -85%. 6.2.2021 jälkeen T-house ei enää tarjoa teehuone- tai ruokapalveluita.
Yritys on kamppaillut kuluneen vuoden ja päätös sulkea liike ei ollut helppo. Viimeisen kolmen vuoden aikana olemme saaneet nauttia keskusteluista asiakkaiden kanssa ja oppineet paljon. Olemme tavanneet asiakkaita, jotka ovat juoneet teetä läpi elämänsä ja m***a myös uusia teen ystäviä. Nämä mahtavat muistot ja kokemukset tulevat olemaan arvokkaita meille ja olemme niistä erittäin kiitollisia.
Haluamme kiittää kaikkia vuosien varrella tulleita asiakkaita, sillä ilman lojaaliuttanne emme olisi selvinneet näin pitkälle. Haluamme myös kiittää kaikkia, jotka ovat työskennelleet T-housessa. Ilman teidän intohimoanne ja kärsivällisyyttänne, T-House ei pystyisi tarjoamaan samoja palveluita ja kokemuksia asiakkaillemme.
Lopuksi, haluamme iloisina kertoa verkkokauppamme valmistuneen. Vaikka siis et enää pysty tulemaan paikan päälle nauttimaan teetä kanssamme, verkkosivujen kautta teillä on pian mahdollisuus ostaa kauniita ja ainutlaatuisia teetarvikkeita sekä maistuvaa teetä meiltä. Me tulemme myös säännöllisesti jakamaan tee-tietoutta Facebook-sivullamme. Odotamme innolla näkevämme teidät jälleen.

🌿 Dear Customers of T House,
We regret to inform you that we have decided to close down our business for an indefinite period. Our business will be still running from 21.1.2021, the last day of business will be on 6.2.2021. In these two weeks, only tea and small sweets will be served. Afternoon tea will be served on Friday and Saturday, but only by reservation through email or Facebook message. All the tea accessories will be 50% off and bagged tea will be up to 85% off. After 6.2.2021, T House will no longer be offering any tea room or food services.
The business has been taking a big hit in the last year and the decision to close down this business was not an easy one. In the past three years, we enjoyed the relationships with our customers so much and we have learnt a lot. We met customers who have been drinking tea for a lifelong time and also new drinkers who have never tried tea before. These wonderful memories and experiences will be our most precious things forever and we feel so grateful for that.
We would like to thank all of our customers that we have done business with over the years that we could never have gone this far without your loyalty. We would also like to thank all the people who have worked in T House. Without your passion and patience, T House could not have provided the same services and experiences to our customers.
In the end, we have some good news that our online shopping page is being prepared. Though you could not stop by to drink tea with us anymore, there will be still chances to purchase beautiful and unique tea accessories and delicious tea from us soon. We will also regularly update tea knowledge on our page. Looking forward to seeing you again.
