Today we’re celebrating our dear Salome’s birthday 🥂

This multitasking lady is much more than just a server. She’s the calm and steady force that helps us through long shifts, busy evenings, and all the little surprises restaurant life brings.

By profession she’s an accountant, so numbers, spreadsheets, and organization are definitely her thing. But she’s also a passionate wine lover, a wonderful tamada, and someone who truly understands the art of a Georgian supra 🍷

Hospitality is in her DNA. She always remembers what our guests love and does her best to make everyone feel welcome and cared for.

We wish her endless happiness, great wines, unforgettable adventures, and plenty of reasons to raise a toast this year.

Today we’re celebrating the person who is usually on the other side of the camera — our photographer, our talented teammate Sofia.

Sofia creates our visual world, writes posts, travels across Georgia to visit winemakers, collects stories, and shares them with a special passion for all of you 🍷

She’s a true ambassador of Georgia, and once she starts talking about wine, there’s really no stopping her.

We wish her endless inspiration, new culinary discoveries, exciting adventures in Georgia, and of course headache-free mornings after wine festivals and tastings😉

Our shelves are never empty, always packed with incredible bottles. But one winemaker will always hold a special place here: Andrias Gvino. 🍷✨

This isn’t just wine; it’s a living family lineage from the legendary village of Khashmi. Back in 1984, winemaker George Wolski was just 3 years old when his grandfather built their family marani. Today, George runs the cellar with his own 8-year-old son, Andria, whose face shines on the label.
