Talvi on aikaa syville mauille, hitaalle kypsennykselle ja ruoalle, joka tuntuu ja lämmittää. LOBO kutsuu nauttimaan 8 ruokalajin Pastoral-menusta hintaan 49 € (norm. 80 €).

Jokainen annos rakentuu sesongin parhaista raaka-aineista ja menu vie talviselle laidunmaalle: konsoméita, riistaa, pitkään kypsennettyä lihaa ja klassisia makuja, joissa yksinkertaisuus ja intensiteetti kohtaavat.

Talvi on aikaa, jolloin ruoka saa olla lämmintä, runsasta ja lohduttavaa. Siksi LOBO:n joulumenu on rakennettu juuri niistä asioista, joita joulukaudessa rakastamme: pitkään haudutetuista mauista, juhlavista klassikoista ja hetkistä, jotka tekevät illasta erityisen.
Tämä kahdeksan ruokalajin kokonaisuus on suunniteltu nautittavaksi hyvässä seurassa ja vuoden kiireet hetkeksi unohtaen.
