Prep under way, one last time

This Sunday is our tenth and final Restaurant Day as Kimchi Mariachis. We've made wraps, soups, sliders, rice balls, noodles and many other things. We've gone to Paris and catered a wedding. We've served up Mexi-Korean street food with different twists in four different venues. Sometimes it's been hard work, but more importantly, it's always been a lot of fun!
