Working along side our farmers we observe the change of seasons.

Yesterday we visited PieniKylä / LittleVillage . Last year, they tackled the challenges of a long wet summer. This summer has now been exceptionally dry and hot.

It truely effects the crops and the flow of the seasons. They work tirelessly and have such a positive appoach to their work. Working closely with our farmers, Säsong plans and changes our menu according to what they and others have growing in their fields. Reflecting what is growing right now on "the land".

We open tomorrow and can not wait to showcase all our fantastic producers.

A fantastic time at Mainio puutarha today. Meeting such inspiring farmers is such a fantastic experience. We can not wait to start cooking these wonderful veggies this weekend.

At Säsong we love meeting our suppliers.

Pete of Kappelin Juustola makes the most amazing cheese!

Using milk from his cows Illusia and Loreley and crafted by hand. An amazing experience meeting such a passionate and like-mind artisan.

We can't wait to have Pete's cheese on our menu this week.
