Midsummer week is here! We are open until Thursday and closed from 19.6.-22.6. Hope to see you before midsummer or welcome again next week ❣️
PS. Our house bread is made with Hilda, our 10-year-old sourdough starter, using organic flours from Malmgård — wheat, rye and emmer. The dough is cold-fermented for 24 hours before baking and served with whipped butter that changes with the season: sometimes herbs, sometimes browned butter.
And for dessert… our liquorice crème brûlée is definitely worth saving room for.
