Vappu on täällä ihan näillä näppäimillä ja suosittelemme suuresti pöydän varaamista. 🎈🙂‍↕️ Ovet ovat silloin avoinna klo 12-20 ja keittiö klo 18 saakka. Uutisia herkkusuille:
Olemme uudistamassa linjaamme Rookissa.
Otimme tietoisen riskin markkinointiviestinnässämme kutsumalla itseämme gastropubiksi. Käsite itsessään on hieman epämääräinen, se on brittiläinen versio bistrosta, ja me olemme aina pyrkineet olemaan ranskalainen bistro ripauksella brittiläistä twistiä. Olemme Rookissa alusta asti nojanneet ranskalaiseen keittiöön ja sen taituruuteen, tekniikoihin, makuihin ja tunnelmaan. Nyt on kuitenkin käynyt selväksi, että viestimme ravintolamme konseptista on ollut osittain epäselvä.

Sijaintimme on keskeinen, ravintola kaunis ja omaleimainen ja ruokamme on ollut alusta asti käsin tehtyä, herkullista ja ainutlaatuista – juuri meidän näköistämme. Nyt on aika kirkastaa brändiämme entisestään ja siksi alamme vähitellen luopua ”gastropub”-määritelmästä. Rook on romanttinen, viehättävä ja tunnelmallinen paikka, jonne voi piipahtaa lasilliselle, nauttia illallisesta tai vain seurustella. Rook on ja tulee aina olemaan ranskalaistyylinen korttelibistro.

Jatkossa viemme menumme vielä syvemmälle ranskalaisen keittiön maailmaan. Vieraamme voivat koota oman menunsa listaltamme: kolmen ruokalajin menu maksaa 45 € ja neljän ruokalajin menu 55 €. Menu elää sesonkien mukaan ja vaihtuu entistä useammin. Hyödynnämme päivittäin tuoreita raaka-aineita, joista keittiömme loihtii herkullisia annoksia.

Rook on ravintola, joka ansaitsee tulla löydetyksi. Tule siis lasilliselle, illalliselle tai viihtymään kanssamme koko pitkä ilta. ❤️
