When you love what you do, it's never just about money. For the groom, cooking is the purest way to show care and love to loved ones. That is precisely why he wants to be the head chef at our own wedding too!

Even in our restaurant, these endless work hours and hard toil only make sense when backed by genuine passion.😍

For us, cooking isn't just a job. We do this out of pure love for the craft and Spanish culture. We want to convey that same feeling to the customer.❣️

It's important to us to create this kind of core of Spanish culture in Helsinki, so that everyone who wants to can get delicious tapas, Bocata sandwiches with cheeses and cured hams (jamón), and enjoy evenings on the terrace with summer drinks in hand.🥂

"Busy Bees" won't survive concert nights.

Be prepared for the following:
During concerts, it can get very crowded, so service might be slower than usual, even though we prepare well. We always try our best!

While we prepare your delicious food, you can peacefully enjoy the evening, company, and atmosphere. The best opportunity to truly relax after a long workweek! 🌳

Don't hesitate to ask the staff if you're worried you've been forgotten or if you want to know how long the food will take. We are happy to help! 🤗

​Building a family business means pouring so much of our time, energy, and savings into the restaurant. We always do our best to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. However, with both of us working over 60 hours a week, this place is naturally a huge part of our daily lives. The restaurant truly is our other big love! ❤️

​Still, planning a wedding is a whole different challenge!

​While the budget is obviously a huge factor, it’s not our only problem... it turns out the groom has an absolute NEED to be the head chef on our big day. More about that in Part 2🧑‍🍳

If you answered no, here you can get to know Spanish culture through delicacies directly imported from the country and cold bubbles.🍃

You can also learn Spanish on our terrace on Tuesdays if you'd like, while snacking on a bocata [Spanish sandwich].

🥖 Tapas with cheeses and cold cuts are also always available. You can even get tomato marmalade made with our secret recipe, as well as the much-talked-about chimichurri potatoes, cauliflower, and Obregon olives.

Espanjan alkeet hallussa vai haluatko oppia lisää? 🇪🇸 Täällä ei ole mitään paineita. Espanjan oppimisen pitää olla rentoa ja se hoituu parhaiten hyvän ruoan ja juoman äärellä! 📑

Meidän Español en la Terraza -tunnit pyörii tiistaisin kahdessa ryhmässä:
• Klo 17:30–18:30 Keskitaso / Intermediate (opettajana Roser)
• Klo 18:30–19:30 Alkeet / Beginners (opettajana Helene)

Molemmat ovat tosi rentoja ja interaktiivisia keskustelutunteja, joissa keskitytään siihen kaikkein arvokkaimpaan: että pääset oikeasti puhumaan, rohkaistumaan ja kehittämään kieltäsi käytännössä. Ja mikä parasta, oheeseen voi terassille napata tapakset/bocatat ja kylmää juotavaa. 🥘🍷

Priorities in check! 😂 The quality of products just keeps improving, even though we're saving up for the wedding.

We know exactly how to choose the best chorizo, cheese, and jamón, but the dress criteria turn out to be a bit trickier... 👗💸

What do you think – does it really bring bad luck if the groom sees the dress beforehand? Or is this custom completely outdated? 👉
