The majority of our natural lots have now been transferred from our washing station to the processing facility in Addis Ababa, Continuing the structured flow of post harvest operations.

With pre milled coffee now on site, The focus shifts to careful sorting and grading in preparation for export ensuring each lot meets specialty standards.

We’ve reached the peak shipping season, and our processing facility will be operational 24/7. As coffees from our washing station will be processed immediately upon arrival, preventing them from being stored in our warehouse for too long. Instead, they will be automatically allocated to orders in queue, ensuring a smooth operation system that adheres to our committed shipping periods.

We are currently at a point where the majority of our washed lot has been transferred from our warehouses at our washing stations to the processing facility in Addis Ababa. The next step is to transport the natural coffee. However, unlike washed coffee, natural coffee would need to be premilled to remove the husk before it can be allocated to our export facilities for further processing to sort the coffee at export standards or in our case specialty standards.
