Welcome to Bahir Zaf! A vocational training restaurant offering international cuisine to truly traditional dishes in a casual dining setting and spacious, lush garden. In Amharic, ‘Bahir Zaf’ means ‘ocean tree’. The tree symbolizes caring for communities and branching out to protect those in need - much like the restaurant which builds futures for disadvantaged youth.
